I haven\u2019t needed any since using the mat two days ago! I do not like taking pills so this is awesome! I also have issues with my wrists and did the spot treatment on the left wrist while doing my stomach. I can tell a big difference between the right and left wrist. The one I treated feels great and the other one still hurts. I need more of this system! If you're scientific do your research to understand how it works. As for us it has helped my dog walk better. It helps my husband's psoriasis, mobility and inflammation. We both have scar tissue from a car accident and it has helped relieve pain in those areas. When using the mat and the spot treatment, it has helped my knee pain so I can get back to my daily exercise. We love and rely on this so much we took it with us on a 2-week road trip where we did a lot of hiking. I don\u2019t think we would have done so well without it. We only wish we had the mobile one as well.
